The first weeks of Advent – until December 16 inclusive – is a time when the liturgy is dominated by the theme of waiting for the second coming of Christ in glory at the end of time. We also read the prophet Isaiah, whose book fills us with longing for the promised Messiah.
For this very period, we have selected eleven pieces for you, both ancient and contemporary, composed or developed in the Dominican environment in Poland. They come from four different albums released by our Foundation. We hope that they will help you tune in to the tones of hope that this first stage of Advent sounds like.
